Stetson Hills Homes for Sale
With easy access to Powers Blvd, and with Colorado Springs expanding eastward, the Stetson Hills area has been one of the hotter markets in the city over the last few years. Most of the homes in this area were built in the 1980’s and 1990’s, and the vast majority of homes have 3 or more bedrooms, 2 or more bathrooms, and at least a 2 car garage. What's NOT to do in Stetson Hills?
Being right off the Powers corridor puts just about anything you’d ever need just moments away from your front door. Restaurants like the Rib and Chop House, Fuzzy’s Taco Shop, and Urban Egg, shopping at Costco and Target, and of course our hometown Rocky Mountain Vibes play Minor League Baseball at UCHealth Park (it’ll always be Sky Sox Stadium to me). There’s so much to do in and around the Stetson Hills neighborhood, it’s impossible to be bored!
