Briargate is a large master planned community in the northern part of Colorado Springs spanning between I-25 and Powers on the west and east, and Briargate Parkway and Briargate Blvd north and south. The majority of the homes were built between the 1980’s to early 2000’s, and sit mostly on quarter to half acre lots.

Jill, to Williams Sonoma and Pottery Barn, to Sephora and Pier One. And when they get hungry, there’s a number of delicious restaurants to power up at, including Bad Daddy’s Burger Bar, California Pizza Kitchen, Biaggi’s, and many others.
You’re also just across the highway from the United States Air Force Academy, very close to Chapel Hills Mall, and a lot of great places to work out including 24 Hour Fitness, Lifetime Fitness, and the Briargate YMCA.
That’s just the tip of the iceberg for the things that you have easy access to. With short access to I-25, Colorado Springs and Monument are never far away.
